The Coachella Valley’s Premier Art and Design Fair Expands its Scope With International Galleries, Curated Exhibitions, and Dynamic Programming Celebrating Art, Technology and Activism

Palm Springs, CA – October 30, 2025 Intersect Palm Springs Art + Design, the Coachella Valley’s leading contemporary art and design fair, proudly announces its return to the Palm Springs Convention Center, February 12–16, 2026, once again coinciding with Modernism Week—the desert’s most anticipated celebration of architecture, art and design. 

Now entering its fourth edition, Intersect Palm Springs will present its largest and most diverse roster to date, featuring international, national, and regional galleries showcasing modern and contemporary works. Collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts will enjoy curated tours, thought-provoking talks, notable activations, and immersive events designed to inspire discovery, dialogue and engagement.

Programming and Special Exhibition Highlights 

This year’s edition explores a new focus of The Intersections of Technology, Light, and Art through curated exhibitions, installations, and discussions addressing the evolving role of creativity in a rapidly changing world. 

  • The Intersection of Art, Light & Technology – A seminar series of panels and presentations exploring new creative technologies and their cultural impact. 

  • Art, Light & Technology Activation – A special exhibition of works selected and presented by renowned curator, Sharissa Iqbal, spotlighting innovative works that merge digital practice with sensory experience. 

  • East × West – A collaborative exhibition uniting the Pratt Institute (New York) and California College of the Arts, bridging artistic education across coasts. 

  • A California Collective – A showcase spotlighting the next generation of galleries and groundbreaking artistic voices. 

  • Art as a Catalyst – A focused exhibition of works by internationally acclaimed artist Paula Crown, addressing art’s power to drive social and environmental change. 

  • Marilyn Turns 100 – Presented by Melissa Morgan Fine Art, featuring Lawrence Schiller’s iconic photographs of Marilyn Monroe, with the artist in attendance. 

  • Art, Design & Architecture - Programming covering the legacy of design that drives the art and architecture aesthetic in the Coachella Valley. 

  • Intersect Artist Studio – Curated solo presentations highlighting artists who present and represent their own work. 

Intersect Palm Springs Art + Design Awards 

The 2026 edition will present awards to members of the art community for making outstanding contributions to art in the Coachella Valley and the region.
